Description
We were able to pick up a small lot of fiberglass masts. This batch is only a quantity of five but we have 100 more coming. The batch of one hundred masts have arrived! We’re working on customizations as we speak. Some are already ready to go.
Specs
They are extendable to 3.6M (~12ft). They are extremely portable and best used for backpacking portable operations. Great for SOTA and POTA, you can string up a EFHW wire or hang our 2M FlowerPot antenna.
Customizations
We took the standard mast which was ordinary and made it extraordinary. We designed a small eyelet that is epoxied into the last section of fiberglass. This eyelet gives you the ability to attach almost anything including the small s-biner carabiners. Next we captured the cap with a piece of paracord. No more losing the cap or having to throw it in a pocket. This part is already attached and epoxied in place. It’s printed from PETG Carbon Fiber so it’s strong and able to withstand the sun!
Extras
- We designed a MOLLE clip to give it a positive hold if attached to the outside of a bag. The MOLLE clip is included with each order of a mast
